Thank you for volunteering with Jewel City Youth Baseball!
Jewel City JWV is a 100% volunteer run organization. We are all parents who are volunteering our time to make our players' experience in youth baseball memorable and fun.
You don't need to be Dave Roberts (or even know who Dave Roberts is!) in order to volunteer to coach a team or help in many other ways. We can teach you how to coach a team and run a practice. You just need a willingness to help out the kids in our league!
Volunteer positions are available to fit YOUR time, from coaching a team to working the snack bar and anything in-between! If you are interested in volunteering with our league, see below for instructions in how to register to help our kids play ball!
First step to becoming a volunteer is to get registered through our website.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. From the homepage of our website, select Register Now.
*If you have an account already from when you signed up your player, select Login and skip to step 3.
2. This will take you to Sports Connect where you will create a username and password.
3. Once you enter all of your personal information, you will select Volunteer Opportunities at the top of your account home page.
4. Here you will select Show All Available Opportunities.
5. Select the division you wish to volunteer for.
6. Here is where you will select which role you are volunteering for (Team Manager, Assistant Coach, Umpire, Team Parent, etc.)
